Following over 20 years in retail, I moved into the edible insect industry in June 2012 where I now have over 7 years experience in product and business development as well as acquiring many international contacts. 

After having started award winning Bush Grub, I developed and brought to market ranges of both novelty and traditional products working with customers such as ITV (I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here!), Bear Grylls and Rentokil Pestaurants aswell as sourcing and supplying product for T.V.

Insect protein is a sustainable and environmentally friendly super food where products are being continually developed. Domestic and international potential is huge.
